In Loving Memory

In Loving Memory of Douglas Dalton

Douglas was diagnosed with anaplastic thyroid carcinoma. A very rare, very aggressive cancer. He was in the ICU for only six short weeks. Week 6 they told us there was nothing more they could do. We made the decision to let him go peacefully. He was sedated the whole time and was unaware of pain. At the age of 3.5, he was diagnosed with Autism, even though he was 29, he was still childlike. He lived in a group home and was always happy. I miss that about him the most. He loved everyone. I raised him and his sister on my own and now I feel lost without him.

Remembered by Mom, sister, Marissa and several aunts uncles cousins and grandparents
