One of the most recent and striking memories on my mind today was my brother Liam’s 18th birthday last May 2024. I have a video of him blowing out his birthday candles, and looking down gratefully before he does so. He was so humble and his little wave to us (me my mom and step dad ) at the end of the video makes me laugh. He knew we were recording and that other family members would be wishing him a wonderful next year . He knew he was so loved and that makes my heart warm, because I always felt the need to remind him.
