In loving Memory of David Blair Madsen who died on February 4 2014, a victim of the opioid epidemic. He had a congenital back deformity with chronic pain. In spite of that the played baseball and pitched a no-hitter at the age of 12. He was a goal tender in ice hockey and was all-state his senior year in high school. He rode bulls in the rodeo. He served in the United States Navy and was an EMT. He helped save lives. He’s no longer here but he’s not gone.
