The Compassionte Friends Legacy Circle

What is planned giving and why is it important?

Planned giving is a way to ensure the future for our important mission of providing grief support for everyone who needs it. At the Compassionate Friends, we call our planned giving program “The Compassionate Friends Legacy Circle”.


You can give a gift today that goes to TCF after you die that will help “pay it forward” for future generations of grieving families. That gift will not impact your current resources or annual giving preferences, and is only enacted after you die.

When you pledge a gift (called a “bequest”) through your will or trust, you help build a vital future for TCF without affecting your current assets or cash flow. And, don’t worry, if your needs change you can change your pledge at any time. A bequest is:
