14) Performance for the National Organization and all chapters of all administrative responsibilities associated with being a 501(c)(3) organization, including annual reports, state registrations, IRS compliance, audits, etc.
15) Frequent chapter mailings including News from National, updated resources, conference information, etc.
16) Development of training materials and guides to assist chapter leadership (e.g. newsletter editor guidelines, chapter treasurer guidelines, Worldwide Candle Lighting guidelines, chapter program ideas, etc.).
17) Maintenance of a fund which can be used by chapters when an emergency situation arises.
18) Teleconferences with chapter leadership to provide support in specific areas.
19) Support of regional conference (several held each year) coordinators
*Mailing labels for all chapters in surrounding states.
*Current issues of WNNWA for all attendees.
*Announcements of conference in chapter mailings, WNNWA, e-newsletter, Facebook and TCF national website..
*Conference brochure in all mail packets to 5-state conference area.
20) Coordination of the Worldwide Candle Lighting every December including outreach and publicity.
21) Coordination of the memorial TCF Walk to Remember the final day of every national conference and support of chapter concurrent walks, including:
*Concurrent walk pledge sheets, bibs, and press releases for chapters.
*Walk logo available for printing chapter T-shirts.
*Advertisement on website and in chapter mailings of concurrent walks.
